Let shoppers filter reviews by their own situation
Chips above the reviews (Hot sleepers, Couples, Hot flashes, Insomnia) let each shopper read the reviews from people like them.

What it is
Under the headline about nights of sleep improved, a row of chips filters the reviews by situation: All, Hot sleepers, Couples, Hot flashes, Sleep quality, Recovery and HRV, Insomnia. A rating distribution sits on the left and review cards fill the grid.
Why it works
A shopper with hot flashes does not care what a couple thinks about snoring. Persona chips turn one long review list into several short relevant ones, which is how a large review count becomes persuasive for each individual instead of just impressive in total.
How to test it
- Hypothesis
- Adding persona filter chips to the reviews section will lift add-to-cart rate among shoppers who engage with reviews.
- Primary metric
- Add-to-cart rate (sessions with review engagement)
- Guardrail metric
- Chip usage rate, to confirm the personas match how shoppers see themselves
